Welcome to the Team Elizabeth Ozimek!

Elizabeth is excited to use her experiences and knowledge of the island that only being involved in several local non-profit organizations and events brings.  She is a proud member of the following:

I love helping my clients navigate the local real estate market, pointing out many areas to consider that are often forgotten about; neighbors, culture, best kept local secrets.

New Rowing Center Construction has begun!

Construction of the new Bainbridge Island Rowing Center is officially underway! A ground breaking ceremony was held on July 1st to start the demolition of the tennis courts which is currently being used as the storage area. This first stage of construction is expected to be finished by the end of summer and will result in a slab that will become the new storage area until the center is done. This is the first step in creating a permanent home for this popular Bainbridge Island sport.

Plans include a 12,000 square foot, two-story building with the ground floor to be used as storage for boats and other equipment as well as a shop and a small bathroom. The second floor will include a large workout/multipurpose room, coaches’ offices, bathrooms and a kitchen.

The center will be owned and operated by the nonprofit group Bainbridge Island Rowing who is continuing to raise money to ensure completion of the project. For more information or to donate, please visit their website.2016_LWT_Girls_8_Nationals 2016_July_1_Groundbreaking_Jen_Pells2
