Concerts, Tours, & Plays, Oh My!

There are an endless array of activities in which to participate on the Island this month.

On December 4th and 5th, enjoy the sound of the Olympic Girls’ Choir and the Bainbridge Youth Chorale as they perform “Hear the Bells Ring” at 2pm on Sunday, December 6th at Bethany Lutheran Church. If you’re like me, and can’t get enough of the sounds of the season, you can hear more from the Bainbridge Chorale on the 12th and 13th of December at Rolling Bay Presbyterian Church, December 19th at Eagle Harbor Congregational Church, and December 27th, when they’ll again be at Rolling Bay Presbyterian.

If you’re searching for local live theatre, look no farther than Bainbridge Performing Arts, which debuts the classic Disney play “Mary Poppins.” On Thursday, December 3rd, enjoy a preview of the musical at whatever price you can pay, beginning at 7:30pm. Regularly scheduled performances will be held on Fridays and Saturdays between December 4th and December 20th at 7:30pm, with a Saturday matinee on December 5th at 3pm, and Sunday matinees at 3pm.
