 4th Annual Wildlife Baby Shower!

Hosted by: West Sound Wildlife Shelter

Saturday, March 10th | 12-3pm

7501 NE Dolphin Dr. Bainbridge Island

baby shower

Spring is coming! Birds are chirping, frogs are croaking and we see more small animals out and around. Much of the wildlife are getting started on their families and beginning around the end of March and through the summer, WSWS will start receiving little baby wildlife patients. February starts with baby bunnies; April-May will bring us opossums and squirrels; May-June is ducklings, goslings, raccoons and eaglets; and June-July is songbirds, woodpeckers and owlets. After a brief break in mid-July, we will get a second wave of baby opossums and baby squirrels, and the first wave of gulls (did you know baby gulls have spots?). We expect to get 1,000 or more babies this year!

For a complete wish list, please visit our website at www.westsoundwildlife.org/howtohelp.html#wish.

This event is free and a fun activity for families! While you are here, visit with the Shelter’s wildlife ambassadors!
